Where we deliver

We ship across India to every PIN code our courier partners serve. If a PIN code can’t be reached, we’ll contact you and refund the order in full.

When your order leaves

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

How long delivery takes

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3–7 working days depending on your city; remote areas can take longer. These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees.

Delivery charges

Delivery is complimentary on every order.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also follow it any time from your order page.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking or opened, please record an unboxing video and write to us within 48 hours of delivery — see our returns policy. If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll raise it with the courier.

Wrong address

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available after repeated attempts, we can re-ship it once the extra delivery cost is paid.
